People constantly use runes but we still don't entirely understand them. The rune bar is kinda random. I don't know how it really works but people have suggested you do single summons until its at 4 or 5 then save frags to summon 15 at once. I guess that helps your chances at better runes

It seems totally random to me. No matter how I try and figure out a rhyme or reason to what charges the bar, and what causes it to reset, I cant see the pattern.

I don't even bother using the 15x option anymore. Everything is one at a time for me now.
